Bandar Seri Begawan - Temporary extension of the school holidays is the best option to prevent the Influenza A (H1N1) infection from spreading among students, said a school principal.Principal Jane Keasbery from St Andrew's School said that a holiday extension would not only allow the school's staff to better prepare themselves, but also provide more time for students returning from overseas to self-quarantine themselves for one week.
"This will be the best solution to help contain the pandemic," she said, quoting previous experiences with the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (Sars) outbreak in 2003."The schools would, however, have to compensate by having extra classes or a shortened end-of-year holidays," said Keasbery, adding that some parents have already notified the school of their children's absence for precautionary reasons.
When asked the preparedness level of the school in dealing with the pandemic, the principal replied that they are ready."The teachers have been briefed on what they need to know and have to do," she said.
Keasbery explained that upon the start of the new school term, teachers will be situated at all three entrances of the school to carry out temperatüre checks for all students

went for thanksgiving dinner at the Kong's. it was super awesome. makan so much. especially the pulut. SOOO GOODD. after makan played board games. i played scrabble with lorene, anna, isaac, shiela and beckyE. i think i got 2nd last or last. i got 44points. went home at 10.27pm
SATURDAY:
went to michelle's birthday dinner after church. it was great. nathan, armin, hafiz, meeza, wendyK, kim, and mel was there. the whole night i cam whored. i was the so called 'photographer of the night'. haha. i find the bass interesting. after seeing martin and his friends jam on it. i went home at 10.43pm.
TODAY:
nothing happened acctually. went to play bball with YDM. ohh waitt,
MY SISTER AND HER KICKASS BOYFRIEND IS BACK IN BRUNEI!!!!
