MAN! i spent 2 whole days in this gym kickin' it from morning till evening! i dint blog for about 3 day because i was in fitness zone n i worked out till i wanna die! XP anyways

went fitness zone the whole day!:) den like around 7pm go sungkai with my mom's kawan at cheezbox. SO FATTENING! so yea.controlled my food. ate ALOT of broccoli in some nice sauce n ate only a slice of beef. wow! but i drank alot of ICED BLACK TEA! nice kali-ahh! i saw muq btw. den it was 8pm? sisters left cheezbox, left me n my parents wif their frens. den liverpool match started! den filled a huge mug of iced black tea n drink while sitting in this small table near the tv. shit man! torres is da bomb yo! he almost made a world record for scoring the fastest or second fastest hat-trick! in 3minutes he scored two goals. after another 2minutes he scored again but that !@#$ing assistant refree said kuyt commited a push. ref. shud take coffee. they look sleepy cos they cant open their eyes! anyways, the bowtakk refree gave LORD JAMIE FROM THE CARRAGHER(actual name) and FERNANDO TORRES THE EL NINO a yellow for having such a little contact wif the opponents. anyways.. TIM CAHILL got sent off!^^V hehe. den watch till 70minutes. to honestly tell u.. cheezbox workers love liverpool! i think O.O they were seriously watching instead of..u noe..like [s]man u[/s] fans thinking for sure man u will win. no offense! haha! so yea. den go home. play gg wif jared and nicks. den sleepppp!
